◆线性霍尔传感器系列概述
线性霍尔传感器在以下方面与开关不同:根据磁场,输出信号并没有一个分离的开关状态,而是提供一个和磁场强度成比例的输出。这个输出信号可以以输出电压的方式传输,比如脉宽调制,甚至总线协议(LIN,SENT)。

◆霍尔开关系列概述
最简单的应用是把传感器作为“数码开关”。磁场强度是以传感器中预设的或者可编程的固定跳变等级数值来测量和比较的。一旦超过这个数值(开关点),传感器的输出改变,使输出晶体管打开或关闭。这里有两种开关。三线式开漏输出型,和两线式电流编码输出型。

◆直接角度传感器概述
我们新型的霍尔效应传感器不再测量磁场的绝对强度。TDK-Micronas新的3D霍尔技术使得我们可以通过测量磁场的正弦和余弦分量来得出磁场矢量。垂直霍尔片只测量与芯片表面平行的磁分量,不测量垂直的磁分量。这种传感器按照所测的角度或位置直接按比例输出角度或位置信息。
